今天两条主角都很热闹。一是微软把 Phi-4-multimodal-instruct 开源到 HuggingFace，文本、图像、音频一起吃，多模态又多了个能上手试的选择；二是 Claude Code 搞出了大动静——额度"明升实降"，永久涨 25%、眼下却少 17%，社区正在集体吐槽。机器之心还爆出一则更离谱的：有开发者被 Claude 安全机制误判，七百多 GB 主目录被一怒之下删光。剩下零碎更新照旧略过。
